Workout:

  • 1 leg ankle bounce 3x75
  • Tuck jumps 3x15
  • low box side to side 3x10
  • broad jump 3x5
  • stationary squat jumps 3x15
  • 1-2-3 jump 3x5

I threw for the first time in a couple weeks today, throwing is chicken soup for the soul.

Reading:

I read the first two chapters of The Reckoning which gives a history of accounting.  Caesar Augustus maintained a full double-entry accounting system.
