  2. Reverse Lunges 3x10
  3. SLDL 3x10
  4. Step ups 3x10
  5. Swings 3x10
  6. Deadlifts 3x10
  7. Lateral Squat 3x10
  8. Snatch 1x10
220 - The QuitBeast is a formidable foe.  I'll hit this with a 7/10 I think i could have run a few shuttles afterward, but certainly could not have picked up a heavy object.
