Jump Squats x20x3
Slalom Jumps x50x3
Lunge Jumps x10x3
Low Squat Ankle Jump x30x3

4 Star Drill 10 times is rough, I was dragging myself through the rest of this workout.

Reading:

Book V: Chapter 1: Minas Tirith.

Notes:

I spent the weekend at Club Nationals.  It didn't feel like Nationals, it felt like Rockford.
